Bio
- Todd Pruitt
- A native of Houston, Texas, Todd served as youth pastor in churches in Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma. Todd was called as the first pastor of Metro East Baptist Church in September of 1999. In November 2008 Todd became the Teaching Pastor of Church of the Saviour in Wayne, Pennsylvania. Following a call to the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA), Todd became the Lead Pastor of Covenant Presbyterian Church in Harrisonburg, VA in August of 2013. He is a graduate of Southwest Baptist University and Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Todd and his wife, Karen, have been married since 1990 and have three children: Kate, Ryan, and Matthew.

LOL! I knew something like this would happen the minute I saw that video yesterday! Right on schedule, PETA. Thanks for the laugh!
I take it then that PETA hates my profession, all we do all day is remove bugs from people's teeth. Just imagining the little bacterial screams and panic - I wish I could just relocate them to the great outdoors.
Actually Ric I think PETA simply hates anyone who has a job.

No doubt about it. Although I must admit that I'm a bit disturbed by the violence displayed against that innocent little creature.

I just followed some more links from the Phish article. Wow.
Additional PETA proposals include using human milk for B&J ice cream and higher insurance premiums for meat eaters.
Now, maybe some of this is the grand tradition of modest proposals--outrageous ideas to illustrate a point--but I don't think they're tactically very sound, even for militant vegans.
They're really the opposite of the traditional modest proposal, in that they point out the ridiculousness of their own posisition, not their opponents.
