Planned Parenthood: Fighting for women's rights...

From Denny Burk:
Planned Parenthood is the largest abortion provider in the U.S. Their business is death, and their abortion mills are a moral outrage. Lila Rose’s “Live Action” group has released more than a dozen hidden camera videos from ten states that show the alarming trend of illegal Planned Parenthood activity: cover-up of sexual abuse of minors, the skirting of parental consent laws, citing unscientific and fabricated medical information to convince women to have abortions, and Planned Parenthood’s willingness to accept donations earmarked to abort African-American babies.

The video above shows a Planned Parenthood manager in New Jersey coaching a man and a woman posing as sex traffickers how to secure secret abortions, STD testing, and contraception for their female underage sex slaves, and make their whole operation “look as legit as possible.”

Is anyone surprised that Planned Parenthood covers up the abuse of the young girls it claims to serve? They have a financial interest in hiding the abusers from the light of day. Why should we expect anything less from those who make their living destroying innocent human lives? Lila Rose is right:

“Time and time again, Planned Parenthood has sent young girls back into the arms of their abusers. They don’t deserve a dime of the hundreds of millions they receive in federal funding from taxpayers. Congress must cease funding and the Department of Justice should investigate this corrupt organization immediately.”

May the Lord come quickly!

PP must have been trained by same people who trained ACORN

Now, as I recall the established process after this goes public is
1. Congress gets upset and withdraws funding
2. Public is happy action was taken.
3. The group takes on a new name
4. Government funds the new organization
5. Business as usual.

That seems to be the M.O. of those groups who live off the tax payer. This is one of the ways that elections matter regarding abortion. When our elected officials publically praise Planned Parenthood and commit our dollars to them then this heinous practice continues with little or no constraints.

The fact that this PP office is still in business is a scandal. I am fortunate to enjoy the prosperity of America, but I am embarrassed for America – I am no patriot. I will not agree with anyone who says this is a great country – it is not. It is prosperous and free – yes. Not great. God is great – we are not.

“For you say, I am rich, I have prospered, and I need nothing, not realizing that you are wretched, pitiable, poor, blind, and naked.” – Rev 3:17

A country that has killed over 50 million of its most vulnerable people is not great. A country whose elected officials (the President among them) champion this killing and praise the groups who carry it out is not a great country.

Todd/Harley:

Todd, I sincerely appreciate the attention that you’ve given to the abortion issue.

Since God is great, comparing people or institutions from a fallen world will of course pale in comparison to God. But as far as government institutions in a fallen world, I’d suggest that America is the greatest. Slavery, mistreatment of women, and now abortion are terrible blemishes, but the freedom America has allowed, defended and promoted has allowed us to fight tyranny and evil around the world while only using foreign land to bury our fallen and maintain a defense against future agression. America’s prosperity has also allowed us to have a profoundly significantly role in financing and supporting the spread of the Gospel and acts of service around the world.

Jason,

America has indeed been a great country. And from a strictly human perspectivce it may still be true.

But what America used to be she no longer is. It is still the best place on the planet to live. But is "greatness" a word that can truly be applied to a nation that sanctions the killing of babies in teh womb? This is a growing acceptance and even celebration of the lowest forms of human sexual degradation in our country.

I love this country. I am grateful for this country. But I do fear that, in the eyes of God, greatness is not a word that describes us at this hour.

Jason –

Fair critique. I suppose it’s a bit semantics and definitions. I’m just not willing to define down the term “great” to accommodate a country that would sanction the killing of so many innocents. I guess it is a litmus test in my mind. It’s like someone preparing a wonderful prime rib dinner, pouring gasoline on it, and trying to convince me that it really is a high-quality piece of meat. Well, yes, but…
