Great article. I think the fatal flaw of the "emerging church" is it's ADOPTION of postmodernism vs. engaging postmodernism. We SHOULD engage postmodernism with the truth and challenge the fallacy. But they have adopted post-modern idealogy (or I suppose were already steeped in it to begin with) - skepticism, dialectic reasoning, etc. It is interesting that the early church grew up in just this same philosophical environment...
