Paul Tripp at Metro East

On April 4th and 5th Metro East will be pleased to host Paul Tripp. His seminar, "Marriage: There Really is a Better Way" promises to be outstanding. Paul Tripp is a noted author, lecturer, and preacher. His books are well worth reading. This is a video concerning his newest book "A Quest For More" which I recommend (http://ccef.org/paul_quest.asp).

Sojourn Community Church has us men reading a book written by Paul Tripp. What a stud.

Todd,
Did you attend the conference on Unity in Baptist Life in Atlanta? If so, how was it? If not, what are your thoughts on it?

What goes on at one of his seminars? I'm not a big fan of marriage weekends. I figure I can get along great with my husband without the pressures of life while on a dopey retreat, it's every day living that gets you. What does he say, offer, etc... I'm completely unaware of who he is.

Paul Tripp is an outstanding teacher and author. He is a faculty member at the Christian Counseling Educational Foundation which I have a link to on this blog. He lectures at Westminster Theological Seminary as well. He holds high the sufficiency of God's Word and is skilled in applying it to issues such as depression, child-rearing, and marriage.

I know what you mean by "dopey retreats." Believe me. Tripp is quite the opposite.
